Key Features
- Cold molybdenum cathode
- Subminiature size
- Independent of illumination
- Low voltage jumps
Typical Operation
| Mode | Plate V | Gm (µmhos) | Rp (Ω) | µ | Plate mA |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stabilizing | 85 V | — | 680000 | — | 0.15 mA |
Application Notes
The breakdown voltage is independent of illumination. The anode Az may be used as a firing anode; a small current in this anode causes firing of the main anode when the applied voltage exceeds the stabilized voltage by a few volts.
