Application Notes
The tube 47 provides high power output for a relatively low drive voltage; a detector output of 11 volts RMS is generally sufficient for maximum power without distortion. For single tube usage, a 450 ohm bias resistor is recommended. In push-pull, 225 ohms is used and no shunt capacitor is required.
