Application Notes
Measuring of X-ray, gamma and neutron radiation. For measuring thermal neutrons, the counter tube should be wrapped in a cadmium foil of about 0.5 mm thickness. A Neher-Harper quenching circuit must be used with a sensitivity of about 0.1 V.
