Typical Operation
| Mode | Plate V | Gm (µmhos) | Rp (Ω) | µ | Plate mA |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| R-F or I-F Amplifier | 250 V | 1100 | 850000 | 900 | — |
| R-F or I-F Amplifier (Higher Screen) | 250 V | 1210 | 510000 | 600 | — |
| A-F Amplifier | 250 V | — | 250000 | — | — |
Application Notes
The diode units may be used in half- or full-wave arrangements for signal detection or AVC. The cathode should preferably be connected directly to the mid-tap of the heater winding to keep potential difference low.
