Application Notes
The tube must not be operated without an anode resistor. To minimize differences in current and brightness over its lifespan, the highest available supply voltage should be used with a corresponding anode resistor. Non-operating cathodes should be switched off or biased to prevent them from acting as anodes against the active cathode. A continuous rotation of active cathodes is recommended to extend service life.
