Application Notes
The Sylvania type 6F8G consists of two 6J5G types in the same bulb. Heater-to-cathode voltage should be kept as low as possible. Recommended for use in ventilated areas due to higher operating temperatures. For cascade amplifiers, the section with the top-cap grid connection is recommended for the first stage to reduce hum.
