- Chemically treated envelope to avoid flash-over
- High humidity operation
- Low atmospheric pressure operation (45 cm Hg)
- Anti-corona ring support
Typical Operation
| Mode | Plate V | Gm (µmhos) | Rp (Ω) | µ | Plate mA |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pulse type E.H.T. supply | 18000 V | — | — | — | 0.15 mA |
| Internal resistance characteristic | — | — | 20000 | — | 1 mA |
Application Notes
Specifically designed for E.H.T. supply from the line time base in television receivers. Pins 3 and 7 may be used for elements at heater potential and must never be earthed. Top-cap may require insulating cover to avoid corona phenomena at high voltages.
