Application Notes
The tube operates with a neon glow discharge on a pure molybdenum cathode. Rectified AC voltage should be freed from spikes by a capacitor (approximately 0.033 uF for full wave or 0.25 uF per tube for half wave). Selected by raising starter voltage at least 5 volts relative to remaining starters.
