Application Notes
The RK-44 may be operated at maximum ratings at frequencies up to 20 megacycles. Above 20 megacycles, plate voltage should be lowered to prevent excessive plate dissipation. Internal shield is connected to pin 2. At least 15 volts of fixed bias should be used at 500 plate volts for protection.
