Application Notes
The SYLVANIA Pirani Tube, type R1111, measures vacuum pressures down to 1 micron. For best performance, it should be used in matched pairs in a bridge circuit. One tube is sealed to the system under test while the other acts as a compensator for voltage and ambient temperature variations.
