Typical Operation
| Mode | Plate V | Gm (µmhos) | Rp (Ω) | µ | Plate mA |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Class C Telegraphy (400 Mc/s) | 2500 V | 14000 | 5000 | 70 | 380 mA |
| Class C Telegraphy (625 Mc/s) | 2200 V | 14000 | 5000 | 70 | 380 mA |
Application Notes
At frequencies higher than 600Mc/s, filament voltage must be reduced (to 3.3V or 3.2V) to compensate for back bombardment heating of the cathode.
