Application Notes
Designed to supply direct high-voltage from an alternating supply. Requires approximately five minutes for the filament temperature to reach operating value and for mercury vapor pressure to become normal before anode potential is applied. Anode-cathode potential drop is substantially independent of the plate current, typically 15V but ranging from 5 to 25V.
