Application Notes
The gain available for an input on G1 can be reduced to zero by applying 15 volts negative to the grid G3. In noise suppression, G3 is initially biased to -15 to -20V. An anode resistance of 10,000 to 20,000 ohms is recommended for L.F. amplification.
