Application Notes
The anode requires forced air cooling; temperature must not exceed 180°C. Grid and filament seals require approx 20 cu. ft. per minute air flow; seal temperature must not exceed 140°C. Air cooling supplies must be operational before applying supply voltages and continue for one minute after removal.
